"They are not even capable for 1 star. its been 1 month but still my auto insurance is not settled yet. their NCR surveyor not picking up the calls and customer care have no update. and since last 2 days their server is down. i want my claim settled in next 2 days otherwise your google review will not be more then 1."

"Third class insurance company, it’s been almost 1month and they haven’t passed my claim even after sharing the incident photos and videos, they have hired some 3rd party team for investigation named “Pathfinders Insurance Investigators & Consultants” who treat us like we are thief or criminals, there never ending document requirement is something that cannot be fulfilled and at the end they will decline your claim, I request everyone never in life buy insurance from this company. They do not value there costumers at all."

"A Fraud Company. Their Car insurance is the worst in the market and after sales service is also crappy. Their Claim reviewers are external parties and they save money by not giving you the actual claim for your car, by giving stupid technical reasons. My car is still waiting for the proper approval from the last 15 days. I would strongly suggest not to take insurance from them. Atleast avoid Car insurance."

"Pathetic Service seen ever. I have given my car to Maruti Nexa Service centre on9th Aug 2022, the service centre raised the claim same day. Claim was initiated same day today is 13th August 2022 and still it is pending for approval. The concern person Nishant is totally unprofessional person. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone."
